With an expansive 7000 square feet of customizable space, you’ll have the freedom to bring your unique vision to life. Say “I do” in our grassy courtyard surrounded by vibrant bougainvilleas, roses, and shade trees. Later gather your loved ones inside our air conditioned barn adorned with a pallet wall of flickering candle, casting a warm and romantic glow over your family and friends.

So Much Is Already Included

Venue Rental Includes:

  • Courtyard
    Host your ceremony of up to 250 guests in our bougainvillea, rose bush, and shade tree filled courtyard.

    Barn
    Enjoy our beautiful, 7000 square foot air conditioned industrial barn that can host an indoor reception of up to 250 guests

  • Tables: 60” round tables or 10’ long farm tables for up to 150 guests, sweetheart/head table, cocktail round tables, cake/dessert table, sign in/guestbook table, and cards/gifts table

    Chairs: White resin or wood folding chairs for up to 150 guests

    Linens: 120” white floor length linens for all 60” round tables and cocktail rounds

    Set Up & Tear Down: set up and tear down of all tables, chairs, and linens completed to your specifications by our in house team.

    (additional tables/linens/chairs can be added for $15.95pp++ up to an additional 50 guests, 250 guests TOTAL)

  • Our coordinators are on-site to oversee the event, ensuring seamless execution while you enjoy your day worry-free. While they primarily oversee the proceedings, they also offer assistance with bar and beverage service as well as catering, ensuring every aspect of your celebration is attended to with care.

  • -6 hours of getting ready/decorating time
    -6 hours of wedding festivities (your choice of ceremony time)
    -1 hour of cleanup (of your items only)

    Reception curfew of midnight

  • Our dressing rooms are spacious and thoughtfully designed to provide you and your wedding party with ample space to relax, pamper, and prepare for the festivities ahead! Featuring luxurious furnishings, plush seating areas, and full-length mirrors, our dressing rooms offer a breathtaking backdrop for pre-wedding photoshoots and cherished moments with your nearest and dearest.

    You have access to these dressing rooms for the entire duration of the wedding.

  • All three venues at Schnepf Farms offer their own private parking lot within walking distance of the venue.

    We offer a generous reception cutoff time of midnight, allowing you to make the most of every moment with ease and elegance!

  • Vendor Flexibility

    Choosing the right vendors can be a daunting task, which is why we're here to help! Our experienced venue coordinators are available to offer guidance and recommendations so you can navigate the vendor selection process with ease and confidence. While we welcome you to bring in your own vendors for most aspects of your wedding (florist, DJ, photographer, cake/dessert, wedding planner, etc.), please note that catering and bar & beverage services are provided exclusively by our in house team. This ensures that you and your guests receive the highest level of quality, professionalism, and attention to detail when it comes to these essential elements of your celebration.

    From our 6 acre organic garden to your plate you’ll find crisp, seasonal vegetables and fragrant herbs paired with local succulent meats and artisanal cheese. Our menus, designed and cooked by Carrie Schnepf herself, highlight the vibrant flavors and textures of the freshest ingredients, creating a dining experience that is as delicious as it is memorable.

  • Onsite Lodging

    Gather your closest friends and family for an intimate pre and post wedding celebration at The Cozy Peach, Schnepf Farms’ onsite lodging of vintage airstream trailers! With multiple trailers available (sleeping up to 18 total), you can keep your wedding party together in a private and secluded setting, allowing you to bond, relax, and create cherished memories all weekend long!

  • Decorating Services

    To make your wedding day as stress-free as possible, we're pleased to offer optional set-up and tear-down services for both your decor and ours. Simply let us know your preferences, and our dedicated team will take care of everything, ensuring that every detail is in place and looking its best before your guests arrive, and handling the cleanup afterwards, so you can focus on enjoying every moment of your special day!
